FREE SHIPPING DETAILS:

All orders where the subtotal equals $100 or more, before taxes and shipping fees, qualify for free shipping to all 50 states! Simply add your favorites to your cart & when you hit $100 or more, we will ship it for free!

SHIPPING DETAILS:

Please allow  3-5 business days to process and ship your order (this excludes: weekends, holidays, and sale days- for these occasions require additional processing time). Most orders are shipped standard UPS Ground or USPS.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

TRANSIT DETAILS: 

We are not responsible for loss or damage of your order in transit. This responsibility is passed on to you as soon as we hand your order over to the shipping company. We do not currently accept international orders.


Return Policy

Customers may return any unused, unworn items, with tags attached. Items must be returned within 14 days of the original delivery date. An Online Return Request must be submitted and the return package must include the original invoice to receive online credit.

*Please note: No cash, credit or debit card refunds will be issued, unless there is a mistake on our behalf, online credit only. 

RETURNS DETAILS:

Exchanges are not accepted at this time. Customers will receive online credit and may place another order for a new item.

*ALL clearance items are Final Sale and are not returnable for any reason.

RETURN PROCESS:

To return items, please ensure your return is within the policy period and meets ALL return requirements.

1. The customer must submit an Online Return Request.

2. After the Online Return Request is successfully submitted, please package and ship the items to the return address below.

3. Expect the return process to take 7-10 business days after it has been delivered to our facility. We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipt until your return is processed. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

4. After the return is accepted, the customer will receive notifications, updating the status of the return. Once the return has been fully processed the customer will receive a "gift card" sent via email with a gift code for the return amount included.

We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a return based on the condition. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees for the items returned, We do not refund shipping fees, unless it is an error on our behalf.
